Cafetto Evo - Espresso Machine Cleaner - 500g Jars

  With its rapidly soluble and free-rinsing formulation, EVO® removes coffee oils, grounds and stains, improving the taste and aroma of espresso.Ingredients are rapidly biodegradable and odorless. Non-GMO and free from phosphates and chlorine.Non-corrosive formulation to protect the machine.A measuring scoop is included in 1kg and 500g jars for accurate dosing. Certifications Directions PROCEDURE TO BACKFLUSH EACH DELIVERY GROUP Remove coffee filter from group handle, and replace with blind filter. For daily cleaning add 1 level scoop of EVO® into the group handle and insert as if brewing espresso. If the machine is cleaned less often, use 2 level scoops. Start cycle and allow to run for 10 seconds to dissolve cleaner. Stop cycle and allow to sit for 10 seconds. Start and stop cycle 4 more times - run for 10 seconds, stop for 10 seconds. Remove the group handle and rinse well under stream of water from delivery group. Turn off. Re-insert handle with blind filter, start and stop cycle 10 times - run for 5 seconds, stop for 2 seconds to ensure thorough rinsing. Remove blind filter and insert regular filter. Brew and discard a single espresso to re-season machine. PROCEDURE TO CLEAN FILTERS AND GROUP HANDLES Soak group handles and filters in 500ml of hot water with 2 level scoops of EVO®Espresso Machine Cleaner for 10 minutes. Cafetto MFC Green, Milk Frother Cleaner For Organic Systems

1L Bottles (carton code E27885 – 6 Bottles) An acidic, organic milk frother cleaner.MFC Green contains biodegradable detergents and is derived from natural acids. Provides excellent milk fat removal along with descaling of automatic milk frothers. MFC®Green also leaves no trace of odour after rinsing. It is recommended that MFC Green is used more frequently than the other MFC cleaners due to its milder properties. Safe for all machine parts, MFC® Green is listed with NSF. It has been tested, evaluated passed the most stringent toxicology and corrosivity standards. The ingredients and formulation of the products that are NSF certified are safe for use, leave no harmful residues and do not cause corrosion within the coffee machine. Certifications Directions Ensure the white cap is tightly sealed and slightly loosen the green cap. Gently squeeze the bottle until reservoir measures 50ml, remove the green cap and pour from reservoir. Add 50ml of MFC Green to 1 litre of warm water in a cleaning container. Ensure you replace the green cap and seal tightly after pouring the required dose. Insert milk frother suction tube into solution. Run entire solution through frother. Cafetto LOD Red, High Performance Descaler

An eco-friendly, highly concentrated liquid descaler which rapidly and easily removes lime scale and calcium build up from metal surfaces in contact with hot water such as espresso machine water tanks, coffee brewing and other hot water equipmentHeavy duty and high performance. Made with a formulation of organic acids which are naturally occurring compounds produced by fermentation of simple sugars. Tough on scale and specifically formulated to include compounds that ensure it is safe to use on aluminium, brass and stainless steel. Directions Ensure the white cap is tightly sealed and slightly loosen the red cap. Gently squeeze the bottle until reservoir measures 100ml, remove the red cap and pour from reservoir. Add 500ml cold water to prepare descaling solution. Follow the machine manufacturer’s instructions to decalcify, de-lime or descale the machine. Always rinse the machine at least twice with fresh water after decalcifying and before re-filling and reusing the machine.
