يأتيكم من على ارتفاع يصل إلى 1900 متر فوق سطح البحر، في أرض خصبة و مثالية لنموّ كرزات القهوة بأوغندا بمحافظة كينجا كيانزا تحديدًا. تبدأ حكاية ماناناسي عندما قام فريق “غريت ليكس كوفي” بتجربة اجتماعية فريدة تستحق أن تُروى، فقد قرر أن يعمل الفريق جدّ لتحسين جودةالقهوة من منطقةٍ كانت قد عُرفت بإنتاج قهوة أرابيكا ذات جودة متدنية وسعر زهيد مقارنةً بمثيلاتها من مناطق أوغندا و سعوا من أجل ذلك بتطويربرنامج خاصّ لتدريب المُزارِع، حيث ينهض الفريق المتدّرب بتكوين مَزارع ذا دور قيادي في المجتمع و توفير دورات تدريبية مكثفة و معمقة في الهندسةالزراعية، و طرق المعالجة و الحصاد، بعدها يتمّ تعيين 35 عضوًا من صغار المُزارعين لكل مزارع قيادي، يتم تقدير هذه المجموعات الصغيرة عبرالمكافأة المالية حسب الوحدة، فكلّما زادت جودة البن زاد بالمقابل أجر المجموعة العاملة. يحصل المزارع القيادي على مكافأة إضافية لقاء التدريبالمضاعف الذي يقدمه لزملائه كحافز وضمان للمعرفة التي يقوم بنقلها لهم بكفاءة أثناء التدريب. برنامج الكرز الأحمر هو المرحلة التالية لتحسين الجودة الجارية بشكل تدريجي خلال السنوات الأخيرة. هذا البرنامج يركّز بشكل أساسي على الجودة أولاً وقبل كل شيء وذلك من خلال إرشاد المزارعين على قطف الكرز الناضج فقط. و تاليًا، تجفيفالقهوة على أسرّة مرتفعة، و بعد أن تجفّ القهوة بشكل كامل، تُرسل لمحطّة المعالجة ليتمّ إزالة كل العيوب المحتملة في القهوة و ذلك لضمان تقديم كوبِقهوةٍ نظيف و صافي    الإيحاءات: أناناس، فواكه مجففة، شوكولاتة                                                                  المعالجة: مجفف
