Cafetto Evo - Espresso Machine Cleaner - 500g Jars

  With its rapidly soluble and free-rinsing formulation, EVO® removes coffee oils, grounds and stains, improving the taste and aroma of espresso.Ingredients are rapidly biodegradable and odorless. Certifications Directions PROCEDURE TO BACKFLUSH EACH DELIVERY GROUP Remove coffee filter from group handle, and replace with blind filter. For daily cleaning add 1 level scoop of EVO® into the group handle and insert as if brewing espresso. If the machine is cleaned less often, use 2 level scoops. Start cycle and allow to run for 10 seconds to dissolve cleaner. Stop cycle and allow to sit for 10 seconds. Start and stop cycle 4 more times - run for 10 seconds, stop for 10 seconds. Remove the group handle and rinse well under stream of water from delivery group. Turn off. Re-insert handle with blind filter, start and stop cycle 10 times - run for 5 seconds, stop for 2 seconds to ensure thorough rinsing. Remove blind filter and insert regular filter. Brew and discard a single espresso to re-season machine. PROCEDURE TO CLEAN FILTERS AND GROUP HANDLES Soak group handles and filters in 500ml of hot water with 2 level scoops of EVO®Espresso Machine Cleaner for 10 minutes. Cafetto MFC Green, Milk Frother Cleaner For Organic Systems

1L Bottles (carton code E27885 – 6 Bottles) An acidic, organic milk frother cleaner.MFC Green contains biodegradable detergents and is derived from natural acids. Provides excellent milk fat removal along with descaling of automatic milk frothers. MFC®Green also leaves no trace of odour after rinsing. It is recommended that MFC Green is used more frequently than the other MFC cleaners due to its milder properties. Safe for all machine parts, MFC® Green is listed with NSF. It has been tested, evaluated passed the most stringent toxicology and corrosivity standards. The ingredients and formulation of the products that are NSF certified are safe for use, leave no harmful residues and do not cause corrosion within the coffee machine. Certifications Directions Ensure the white cap is tightly sealed and slightly loosen the green cap. Gently squeeze the bottle until reservoir measures 50ml, remove the green cap and pour from reservoir. Add 50ml of MFC Green to 1 litre of warm water in a cleaning container. Ensure you replace the green cap and seal tightly after pouring the required dose. Insert milk frother suction tube into solution. Run entire solution through frother. CAFETTO GRINDER CLEAN

Directions Empty all coffee from hopper. Pour one capful of Cafetto® Grinder Clean into hopper. Run grinder to grind all Grinder Clean in hopper . Empty the grinder dosing chamber and brush out any dust with Pallo Grind Minder. To season burrs, repeat above process once with one capful of coffee beans. The grinder is now ready for use. Restore is one of our favourite products, and can pretty much restore anything that's looking a bit dull and lifeless (sorry, will not work on humans – please don't try). Cafetto Renew Descaling Powder 4x25g

Directions For Espresso Machines Add contents of sachet to 1L of warm water, dissolve, and then pour into water tank. Remove filter holder and turn machine on. Place cup under brew spout and run out about 1 cup of the descaling solution. Run about a ¼ cup out through the steam arm. (For fully automatic machines run all the solution through the steam wand and set on hot water not the steam setting). Allow to stand for 15 minutes, and then repeat the process. Repeat the entire process until all the solution is used up. Rinse thoroughly by flushing one tank of clean fresh water through the system exiting through the brew head and the steam wand. For Kettles Fill kettle 3/4 full of potable water Add 1 sachet (25g) Renew Descaler Boil the kettle Discard boiled solution Rinse and boil again with fresh water For Coffee Brewers Add contents of sachet to 1L of warm water and dissolve Refer to manufacturer's instructions Rinse with fresh water Recommended For Removing hard water scale from espresso machine boilers, coffee and milk delivery lines, domestic coffee machines and kettles.

CAFETTO BREW CLEAN POWDER 500g

Directions Place one scoop of Brew Clean (4g) per 1L (35 oz.) in the brew basket. Ensure the coffee server is under the brew basket. Activate the brewing cycle allowing the cleaning solution to flow into the server. When the brew cycle is finished, rinse the brew basket in fresh water. Leave the solution in the server to stand for a minimum of 15 minutes then drain. Thoroughly rinse the server with fresh water. Directions Insert one Capsule Clean capsule into the machine and close, ensuring the water tank is full of fresh water with an empty cup under the delivery spout. Run the machine using the largest cup button to get the maximum amount of water from the machine. Repeat step 2 twice. Eject the capsule into the waste compartment. Run the machine again using the largest cup button to rinse. Repeat. Your capsule machine is now clean and once again ready for making delicious coffee! CAFETTO CHILL 500g

Colour Indicating Cold Beverage Cleaner Clean and remove water scale from cold beverage machines including blenders, soft serve, Nitro, slushie, gelato and granita machines. Chlorine-based formula easily cleans and removes stains for a hygienic machine. In use concentration provides 100ppm active chlorine. Chill delivers a visual indication of cleaning performance allowing users to determine if the system has been effectively cleaned. Colour indicators highlight the difference between an effective and ineffective cleaning cycle. A specific blend of dye compounds, sensitive to food components, will show a range of colours from pink, red, yellow, and orange. Pink indicating an effective descaling cycle, and red, yellow, or orange indicating that another cleaning cycle should be undertaken. Directions Add 2 scoops (8g) to 1 litre of warm water and dissolve to form a pink solution. Refer to manufacturer’s instructions for cleaning your machine. Leave solution in machine for 2 minutes. The cleaning solution exiting the machine should be pink in colour indicating the cleaning cycle has been effective. If the solution is red, yellow or orange, run another cleaning cycle by repeating steps above. Rinse thoroughly by running another cleaning cycle with fresh water. Directions Soak jugs or crockery in sink or bucket using 1 Inverso sachet per 10 litres of warm to hot water if soiling is heavy, or 1 Inverso sachet per 20 litres if lightly soiled. Pour remaining solution over surface. Rinse all parts with potable water and reassemble.
